Tuition and Scheduling
Year-Round Care
Wildberry Family Childcare offers year-round care for children from age 18 months through preschool age. We are closed on all state and federal holidays. Parents will receive an annual calendar with scheduled closure dates.
Full-Time
The Full-Time tuition is $475 per week. Tuition includes breakfast, lunch, and am and pm snacks.
Program Hours
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Weekend tours are available.
Part-Time
The Part-Time tuition rate is $100 per day. Part-time students must be enrolled for a minimum of two days per week. Part-time care includes breakfast, lunch, am and pm snacks.
Daily Rhythm
8:00 AM - Arrival. Children are signed in and will place their belongings in their designated space. Each child will be greeted at the door, given a quick wellness check, and invited in for breakfast and free play.
9:00 - 9:20 AM - Morning Circle, Music & Movement. We gather in our morning circle to sing, move, and discuss current classroom topics and themes.
9:20 - 10:00 AM - Creative Art. Children will have time to work on an art piece or engage in free play.
10:00 - 10:15 AM - Morning Snack. A rotating menu of healthy muffins, toast with spreads, yogurt, and fresh fruit are served.
10:15 - 11:30 AM - Outdoor Play. We will go outside rain or shine so long as the weather is not too severe. Make sure your child is dressed appropriately for the season!
11:30 - 12:30 PM - Transition, Lunch, Clean-Up. Our lunch routine encourages children to help serve and clean up at mealtime. We then begin winding down for rest time.
12:30 - 2:45 PM - Quiet Rest time. We will read a story as a group and turn on soothing music while we prepare the nap space. Quiet activities are available for children who do not nap.
2:45 - 3:15 PM - As children wake up, they are offered an afternoon snack of veggies and dip, fresh fruit, cheese and crackers, wraps, or healthy muffins.
3:15 - 4:00 PM - Outdoor Play. After the children finish their snacks, we head back outside for afternoon outdoor play.
4:00 - 5:00 PM - Evening Routine. Children engage in free play and begin cleaning up as pick-up time approaches.
